The Village at Powell monthly condo fee is currently $170 (effective July 2007).  This fee covers exterior insurance and maintenance on all buildings and common grounds, insurance on the clubhouse and pool, lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal (including driveways), trash removal and water.  Unit owners are also entitled to free use of the clubhouse facility, 24-hour fitness center and in-ground pool.

Additionally, residents can schedule private parties in the clubhouse at no additional cost!
